“Recently my company acquired an additional facility in Chalfont, PA a 30,000 sq.ft industrial warehouse that was let go into a problematic state of deterioration on the exterior as well as the interior.
I would like to express our extreme satisfaction with Alpine Painting and Restoration Services out of New Britain PA, in particular, Michael Byrne owner and president of Alpine Painting. Mr. Byrne was contracted and came out within an hour of the initial contract and offered up many suggestions on how to effectively modernize and restore the building to our Present day corporate color scheme. Upon award of the contract, Mr. Byrne and his team were mobilized within 24 hours, and promptly delivered a security container, 3 aerial devices and mobilized a crew of 6 personnel to power wash the entire exterior as well as inspect all of the vertical corrugated panels for any compromised fasteners or deterioration. the crew refastened approximately 1/3 of the panels and properly sealed all the seams on the exterior facing. A rust inhibitive epoxy was applied to all metal siding and masonry. the building was then coated with 2 coats of finish paint to match our corporate color scheme.
Mr . Byrne and his team executed all of this work in less than one week. All of the crew were outfitted with proper PPE, hard hats, safety glasses, body harnesses etc. throughout the whole project. Also, it should be noted that a lot of work that was not in the contract scope of work was also executed to complete the aesthetics of the sidewalks, loading docks, etc.
I would have no reservations whatsoever recommending Alpine Painting and Restoration to anyone seeking similar services.
The customer response time and the efficiency and skill set of the crew was beyond reproach. Daily communication levels were extraordinary.
In today’s world and marketplace, it’s refreshing to find a contractor that employs old school values in their business model.
On behalf of myself and my company, we could not be any more pleased with the service and results and we have every intention of utilizing Mr. Byrnes firm for future projects throughout all of our branches.”
Victor Varonier, Director of Fleet and Technical Services
“Recently we contracted Alpine Painting and Restoration Services to execute remediation and installation of a corrosion control, high performance coating system to a concrete floor of a waste water storage tank located at one our clients’ facilities; Pinnacle Foods in Hagerstown, MD.
The project preferred an ISN certified contractor that was familiar with the coating methodologies and would make specific recommendations. Mr. Michael Byrne, owner and President, was contracted by Periscope Consulting about the aforementioned project.
It should be noted the project had to be executed on the fast track as it was directly in the critical path of the construction and startup of the main plant. Mr. Byrne responded rapidly to accommodate our schedule and personally mobilized to our site to ensure proper execution of the coating system with a strong focus of maximum quality control.
While there was some hidden damage which became apparent during the work resulting in the need for additional material, Mr. Bryne jumped through hoops driving across the state to get additional material and worked literally around the clock. As a result he was able to complete the work in mere days, and ahead of our schedule.
The project involved confined space access; ultra high pressure water blasting of floor; vacuuming and removal of all waste and disposal of same; temporary heat and ventilation of tank vessel; remediation of concrete floor; installation of a full immersion grade epoxy coating system which was bi laminar; meaning low solids penetrating base coat/100% solids preservation top coat.
In closing, I am very satisfied with the performance of Alpine Painting and Restoration Services, their timely response, knowledge of the coatings and coating systems, as well as installation of same. Mr. Byrne’s direct involvement allowed me to focus on other areas of the project to assist the client in getting into production as quickly as possible.”

“Concerning Alpine Painting & Restoration Services, I would highly recommend their services. I have used them for one project here and would not hesitate to use them again. They were very helpful in getting the job done in a very timely manner, as we were under pressure to get the building done before a customer visit. I found Michael Byrne and his crew to be highly professional and were very good about allowing our plant to continue to operate normally in spite of all the movement of gas cylinders in the building. The job consisted of approximately 13,500 square feet of concrete interior wall and other interior surfaces of various materials and conditions, including 10 metal doors and frames as well as two sets of interior stairs. The work was top quality, finished in a timely manner each day and work areas were clean and neat. They accommodated our billing needs and payment schedule. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“The project Alpine Painting and Restoration did for us was the removal of the old coating and re-coating of out rooftop mechanical plant wall panel system 21 stories (297ft.) above street level. Alpine Painting handled the logistics of the project for the scaffold company for delivery, setup and removal as per OSHA standard of the time. Safety was a priority for this project being so far above street level. After the scaffold setup was completed, workers from Alpine Painting began caulking removal, then water-blasting the old coating off the panels, all the while containing the debris and filtering the water from entering the storm water system. Upon completion, they began applying the new caulking system to the panel seams, then applied the coating system Dow 495, then a coating of Amershield, MSDS sheets were delivered ahead of the project start date. The area was left clean and the end of each day and all debris was removed offsite at the end of the project.
I would highly recommend Alpine Painting and Restoration Services based on our dealing with them and in the future when projects arise here, give them consideration.”

“I have used [Alpine Painting and Restoration Services] for a few larger scale projects and they always came through, on-time and on-budget. They are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They adhere to all safety standards and all our GMP practices. Their prices were extremely competitive.
Some of the work they have done for me includes: interior/exterior renovation of a 200,000+ warehouse, that was in horrible condition. Michael Byrne and his company did and amazing job! The quality of work was top notch. This included high-pressure washing, brick and block restoration, sand blasting, painting, and water sealing. The conditions they had to work in were unfavorable due to the fact that the warehouse had no utilities at the time. Never once were there any complaints on their en, in fact, they provided their own heat, lavatories, and all the equipment they needed. There were multiple change orders on our end to which Alpine handled with no problem.
All in all, I would say that Alpine Painting and Restoration is a top tier contractor. I will not hesitate to use them for any future projects.”
